A very very Happy Holiday and a Happy, Healthy New Year! Thank you so much for following my blog and all of your lovely comments despite my lack of posts. I hope to change that after the New Year!!!

It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year....

This is by far my absolute most favorite time of the year! There is something so nostalgic to me about the holidays. I actually starting dating my husband on Christmas night 9 years ago, so the holiday holds a special significance to me. That and the pretty twinkly lights, the crisp air where you can almost smell Christmas as it gets closer, baking cookies and other holiday treats, making loved ones gifts, etc. I just love it all! So though this post is very short, I will be posting various holiday themed recipes, handmade gifts, and some menu ideas as well. I also wanted to share a couple pic's from a place we go to all the time called Johnson's Farm. They had the whole playground area done up in lights, had a reindeer and also marshmallow roasting. We'll definitely be going back a couple times! So fun!!
