Last night Hubby and I FINALLY went out on a much needed date! We grabbed a quick bite at our local Cosi, made a quick trip to Borders and then made our way to the Mall to go see ....
Which I was blown away by and LOVED!!! It was everything I hoped it would be and then some. The book is my all-time favorite book ever and even though I was very happy with the cast choice I was so nervous with how the movie would turn out after reading mixed reviews. I thought that for the most part it translated really well into a movie and they did a very good job. Eric Bana was perfect as Henry and Rachel McAdams (one of my fav actresses) made a stunning Claire! The movie sucked me in just as much as the book did. I am still reeling (in a good way) today and now I want to read the book again =) Definitely a wonderful date night!!!
Has anyone else read the book and/or seen the movie? If so, what did you think?

Weirdest Movie Ever!
So last night there was nothing on (as usual) and we had gotten a Netflix movie in the mail, so we decided to watch it. It was movie that I had put in the cue a while back because I saw that it was coming out soon and heard it was good. I had no idea what it was even about. So we put the movie in the last night and started watching it and I have to say that it was one of the most odd movies I have ever seen. The movie was called Surveillance with Bill Pullman and Julia Ormond.
It was about these people that kind of went on a killing spree and Bill and Julia play agents trying to catch them. There are also crooked cops, drug users, and lots of violence and grit - just your average fun, family film ;) LOL. But in all seriousness it was just a strange movie. I only watched the whole thing because it was so confusing and strange that I wanted to see if it was going to go anywhere. There was a twist, but I don't want to ruin it for anyone that might want to see it. I wouldn't waste your time though!
Tonight we have the new "Last House on the Left" so we'll see how that is!!

Fall Lust List Part 1
Yes, that's right .... Part 1! Because there are so many fabulous, gorgeous, and stunning lust-worthy items out there that I haven't even finished compiling that they must all be listed in multiple posts!! We'll start with my #1 most coveted item that I want in the absolute worst way and am literalling dying for it to go on sale in the next couple months because even as beautiful as it is, I am not paying $88 for a shirt, especially when I want at least two....
The Silk Frances Camifrom J.Crew. Even thought I think this color is soo pretty, it would not look good on me. So I would probably opt for the plain neutrals of Dark Slate and/or Ivory
The Cotton Corsage Cardi is also very pretty in person and is a more dense cotton material that would be ideal for the Fall
And last but not least, the Smoky Gray Trench from Martin & Osa. I've been looking for a Trench as a classic Spring/Fall coat for a while now and I love the unexpected Charcoal color!
More to come soon!!!

Reminiscing...
There has been nothing, absolutely NOTHING on TV lately!!! So we've been renting movies from Netflix and since there aren't isn't a huge variety there either, I've taken to renting shows that I've either missed or haven't seen in a really really long time! First up on the list.....
I seriously adored this show when it was on and watched every single episode from every single season! It has been so long that I feel as though I am pretty much watching it for the first time. I completely forgot all about Felicity's tapes to Sally! And I honestly do not recall Sally ever talking back (which she does at the end of each episode). I finished the first DVD from Season 1 and am anxiously awaiting the 2nd. I am really loving this idea!!

The Sh$% Hits the Fan - Say it isn't so!!!
Bachelorette Winner Cheated With Two Different Women
Apparently the "rumors" have finally come to a head and the alleged "other women", yes, it's a plural, are coming forward. Is Ed a snake in the grass blinding Jillian or is a he guy suddenly in the limelight falling victim to claims by women wanting attention? Apparently Jillian believes the latter and is standing by her man according to this article on TVWatch. What are your thoughts? I personally am not trying to make any harsh judgments from the start. Jillian lives with this man and has been spending time with him. However, if it is all true I feel that this man has not only done Jillian wrong, but all of The Bachelor/Bachelorette fans as well and it makes him worse than Weaselly Wes in my opinion! Even during all the "rumors" going around on the net and all fans calling Ed creepy etc, I was still loyal to "Team Ed"! Am I still holding out hope that all of this isn't true? Sure - for Jillian's sake! But that doesn't mean I'm optimistic about it! What do you think?
